Job Description

Senior-Level Opportunity | Proven FOREX / CFD Experience Required

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Senior BDM with a strong background in Forex/CFD IB networks to lead and scale our IB-driven growth strategy in India/SA.

This role goes beyond individual contribution — you will build, lead, and manage a regional BD team, while leveraging existing Forex IB ecosystems and transitioning them into crypto derivatives trading channels.

Key Responsibilities

IB & Channel Development (Core)

  • Develop, manage, and scale Forex IBs, Master IBs, and offline trading communities across India
  • Convert existing Forex IB networks into crypto derivatives trading channels
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage sub-IBs, trading leaders, and regional partners
  • Drive user acquisition, trading volume, and net deposits through IB channels
  • Execute and optimize commission and rebate structures aligned with IB expectations
  • Continuously improve IB performance, retention, and incentive models

Leadership & Team Management

  • Build, lead, and scale a regional Business Development team
  • Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks for BD team members
  • Mentor and develop junior BDs into high-performing operators
  • Monitor team performance and implement data-driven improvements
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture aligned with revenue goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to support BD initiatives

Strategic Growth & Market Expansion

  • Identify and acquire high-value IB partnerships and business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regional dynamics to refine strategy
  • Build, nurture, and retain long-term relationships with key IBs and partners
  • Lead offline activations including meetups, seminars, and IB events when required
  • Establish scalable frameworks for regional IB expansion and channel growth

Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in Forex brokers, Prop Trading, or CFD platforms
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring BD teams
  • Strong existing network of Forex IBs / Master IBs in India (offline communities preferred)
  • Proven track record of delivering results through IB-driven growth channels
  • Ability to clearly articulate:
  • Size and structure of IB networks
  • Number of IBs, sub-IBs, and communities
  • Trading activity and volume contribution
  • Deep understanding of:
  • IB commission and rebate models
  • Offline, trust-based sales dynamics in India

Nice to Have

  • Experience with crypto derivatives exchanges
  • Background in hybrid Forex + Crypto platforms
  • Experience managing regional IB teams or multi-layer IB structures
  • Familiarity with:
  • Risk control and hedging
  • Abnormal trading behavior detection
