Job Description

1. Lead Management & Conversion

  • Handle inbound leads generated through digital campaigns, website inquiries, and call centers.
  • Conduct outbound calling to potential customers to explain health insurance products.
  • Convert qualified leads into policy sales while meeting monthly targets.

2. Customer Engagement

  • Understand customer medical history, financial needs, and coverage requirements.
  • Offer suitable health insurance solutions with transparent explanations of benefits, terms, and exclusions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.

3. Sales Process & Documentation

  • Complete sales formalities: proposal forms, KYC, premium payment, and underwriting requirements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of applications.
  • Follow up on pending proposals, medical tests, and approvals.

4. Compliance & Quality

  • Adhere to IRDAI regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
  • Ensure accurate product disclosure and proper customer onboarding.
  • Maintain required certifications (e.g., POSP/Agent License, if applicable).

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Update daily sales activity and lead status in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as underwriting, operations, and customer service.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, customer queries, and market trends.
