Job Description
1. Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle inbound leads generated through digital campaigns, website inquiries, and call centers.
- Conduct outbound calling to potential customers to explain health insurance products.
- Convert qualified leads into policy sales while meeting monthly targets.
2. Customer Engagement
- Understand customer medical history, financial needs, and coverage requirements.
- Offer suitable health insurance solutions with transparent explanations of benefits, terms, and exclusions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
3. Sales Process & Documentation
- Complete sales formalities: proposal forms, KYC, premium payment, and underwriting requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of applications.
- Follow up on pending proposals, medical tests, and approvals.
4. Compliance & Quality

- Adhere to IRDAI regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
- Ensure accurate product disclosure and proper customer onboarding.
- Maintain required certifications (e.g., POSP/Agent License, if applicable).
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Update daily sales activity and lead status in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as underwriting, operations, and customer service.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, customer queries, and market trends.
