Role Overview:

We are seeking a Reginal Sales Director to drive sales efforts in North India & Chennai for our Agentic AI Driven Lending Solutions and drive growth across banks, NBFC, NBFI Segment of customers. This role demands a sales driven mindset, a strong track record in fintech sales in respective markets, and the ability to design and execute high-impact sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as an Individual Contributor and achieve assigned sales quota

• Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence in India

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with product and company strategy

• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to leadership

Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience in fintech, digital lending, or technology

• Proven experience in building and executing scalable sales strategies

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Deep understanding of financial services and fintech ecosystems

• Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred

• Noida or Chennai based or willing to relocate to any of these locations
