As our Finance LeadControllership, youll be the heartbeat of Bizoms financial operations. If youre someone who thrives on precision, process, and a little bit of financial magic, this is your chance to shine. From ensuring timely book closures to overseeing treasury functions, youll play a pivotal role in shaping Bizoms financial future, all while managing a rockstar team.

Location - Bangalore

What Youll Be Up To:

• Closing the companys books every month, quarter, and year accurately and on time.
• Owning the entire Accounts payable process, from vendor payouts to employee claims.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including GST, TDS, PF and income tax.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning, tracking variances between budgets and actual results.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during any audit processes, providing necessary documentation and information.
  
• Implement and maintain strong financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in SaaS or startups is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
