What are we looking for in the candidate
This role is for Specialist, Finance Operations based out of Mumbai or Gurgaon. We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven individual who will manage operations & nurture relationship with our network of Financial Institutions (FI) i.e. Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and FinTechs.
- Manage & nurture strategic relationships with various FIs i.e. Private, MNC and PSU banks, Large & mid-market NBFCs, new age fin tech platforms to ensure running smooth operations with them
- Manage daily operational activities with the lenders to run the business smoothly.
- Ensure Invoicing in line with Contracts across FIs
- Create and maintain overall MIS for invoicing & collections and across all FIs & regions
- Track and follow up for effective collection from FIs and minimize overdue balances.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize follow-ups with FIs & clients to ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile discrepancies between invoices, payments, and accounting records.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing receivables-related schedules and reports.
- Work closely with the sales, FI relationship, and finance teams to resolve any payment or invoicing issues.

- Relevant work experience of 4+ years in operations preferable finance operations.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with financial metrics such as DSO and AR turnover.
- Data-driven mindset towards complex problem solving
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
- Go-getter ability to work independently with a high level of ownership to take decisions on the operational strategy and effectively manage finance operations.
- Ability to work efficiently with all internal stakeholders to ensure handling operational & service queries.
- Strong financial, analytical skills and technology orientation
- Prior team handling experience required.
- Qualified MBA from Tier 1/2 B-School preferred
