Recruitment Manager

What role you will play in team: You will lead the recruitment function, developing and implementing strategies to attract and hire top talent.

What you will do: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers and build strong relationships with candidates.

• Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates

• Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in recruitment management
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
