Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers across voice and blended channels. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist users with investment-related queries while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via voice calls, email, and chat (blended process).
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding investments, mutual funds, portfolio

tracking, and platform features.

• Assist customers with account-related concerns and transaction queries.
• Guide customers through goal-based investment plans and platform navigation.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
• Document customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
