Work Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

No Cab Facility

SAP Exp is a must

:

· Receive and process requests from the user community for changes to, or creation of master data records (customers, materials and vendors), and manage the requests through a formal process of validation and approval.

· Work directly with internal customers to ensure data requests are complete and comply with standards.

· Understand the impact of master data within the organization and supporting systems.

· Pro-actively monitor and analyses all master data files for continuous improvements on the cleanliness of data.

· Troubleshoot and resolve master data issues.

· Apply best business practices for mass data updates as appropriate.

· Ensure that only approved and valid changes are allowed into a production environment.

· Perform other data related duties as assigned based on business needs.

· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

· Must be methodical, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

· Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into system and master data requirements.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to interact appropriately in a matrixed environment with all levels of the organization.

· Understanding of the interrelationship and impact of master data on functions/applications.

· Ability to work as part of a team to drive results.

· Customer service and process oriented.

Education/Experience Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in related fields or related experience, preferred.

· 4+ years relevant experience in data management and analysis or other related fields.

· Prefer knowledge of SAP Item Master Data Management.

· Experience with computer system validation and validated testing is a plus.

· Experience working with ERP Master Data for Additions, Updates and Inactivations.
