What Youll Do
Training & Development:
- Design, implement, and oversee training programs for employees at shop levels.
- Develop structured onboarding programs to enhance new hire readiness.
- Conduct skills assessments and identify training gaps to create tailored learning solutions.
- Deliver hands-on training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.
- Establish performance benchmarks and ensure continuous improvement through training.
- Create and manage e-learning initiatives, training manuals, and SOPs.
- Develop career progression plans and individual development programs.
- Implement mentorship and leadership programs to foster internal talent growth.
- Work closely with operations and HR to align training programs with business objectives.
- Support store managers and team leads in optimizing workforce efficiency through skill development.
- Monitor employee performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Establish KPIs to measure training success and employee performance improvement.
- Analyze training impact on business performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on training initiatives and employee development progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in training or learning & development
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of training software and e-learning platforms
- Ability to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Proven track record of creating impactful training programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in measuring training effectiveness.

- Experience in hospitality in managerial or operational roles
- Certification in training methodologies or instructional design (e.g., CIPD, ATD, or equivalent).
- Experience working in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
