Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Global Technical Talent Acquisition function, with a dual focus on high-volume recruitment and senior-level strategic hiring across technology domains. This role is responsible for designing and executing talent acquisition strategies that scale to meet aggressive growth targets while ensuring the acquisition of senior leadership and niche technical expertise from top-tier global firms. The successful candidate will build and lead a world-class TA team, drive innovative sourcing methodologies, and serve as a key advisor to the C-suite on talent market dynamics and competitive intelligence.
Preferred candidate profile
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 8-10 years focused exclusively on technical recruiting within a global, matrixed organization.
- Proven track recordof managing large-scale volume hiring while simultaneously closing senior leadership and niche technical roles (VP, SVP, Principal Engineers, Architects).
