Job Description
- As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for defining configuration specifications, gathering business analysis requirements, and performing quality assurance to ensure the efficiency of our systems. You will play a crucial role in owning and developing relationships with partners to enhance integration processes. Additionally, you will help design, document, and maintain system processes while reporting technical issues to the product team and making valuable recommendations.
Your role will involve communicating key insights and findings to the product team, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance monitoring and deliver better value to customers. Experience in project management and proficiency in technical documents such as use cases, wireframes, user stories, and sprint planning will be essential for this position.
To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as a Business Analyst, hold a degree in IT or Computer Science, and demonstrate expertise in eliciting requirements and testing. Proficiency in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions, utilizing data visualization techniques and tools, and writing SQL queries is required. Basic knowledge of generating process documentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing, are also necessary.

This full-time, permanent position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, and wireframing. The work location is on-site to facilitate effective collaboration and communication with the team.,
