Job Description
- As a Senior QA Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web, mobile, and API platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test strategies and plans, focusing on manual and exploratory testing to enhance user experience, edge cases, and product robustness. You will lead testing efforts for new features and regression cycles, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Your expertise in identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA will be essential, along with conducting backend/API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger. Your work will involve ensuring proper logging, test coverage, and documentation through platforms like TestRail, as well as contributing to peer reviews, release notes, and production readiness planning. Additionally, you may optionally contribute to test automation using tools like Selenium.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of QA experience, with a strong focus on manual testing techniques for web and mobile platforms. Hands-on experience with API testing tools and bug tracking systems is required, along with familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and sprint-based delivery. A solid understanding of the SDLC and STLC, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will be key to your success.

Knowledge of SQL, Charles Proxy, and mobile device debugging tools is advantageous, as is exposure to domains like e-commerce, healthcare, gaming, or telecom.
