Human Resource Recruiter

Position: Officer Talent Acquisition (Non-IT Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle for non-IT roles across functions such as Operations, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Support.
  
• Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook), internal databases, and employee referrals.
  
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial telephonic screenings, and evaluate candidates based on relevant experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  
• Bulk & Lateral Hiring:
  
  Execute high-volume hiring drives for frontline and mid-level positions while simultaneously managing lateral requirements for corporate functions.
  
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process and timely communication.
  
• Offer Management: Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups in coordination with HR operations.
  
• Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers in Excel or ATS systems.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand manpower needs and deliver within agreed timelines.
  
• Recruitment Reporting: Track and share key hiring metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
  
• Employer Branding: Represent the organization professionally in candidate interactions and contribute to creating a positive hiring experience.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in non-IT recruitment with exposure to bulk and lateral hiring.
  
• Strong sourcing and screening skills using multiple channels.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Familiarity with Excel, recruitment dashboards, or ATS tools preferred.
