  • Act as thesingle point of contactfor all administrative tasks.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
  • Oversee purchase order (PO) creation and invoice processing.
  • Ensure timely renewals and execution of agreements with service providers and vendors.
  • Ensuring execution of all Back-office Sales Administration operations like Builder Buyer Agreement, Payment Receipts etc.
  • Handling the bookings, login in CRM.
  • Ensure timelines, completion, comprehensiveness and accuracy of all documentation pertaining to clients booking form during sale. Ensure all required signatures of client, & Sales person on Booking form along with KYC is done.
  • Handling post sales query through emails and calls.
  • Act as theprimary point of contactfor all employee travel-related needs.
  • Organize and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and necessary travel services.
  • Ensure travel bookings are cost-effective, policy-compliant, and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate closely with the Finance team for accurate and timely travel-related reimbursements and reconciliations
  • Plan and execute company events, offsite, and exhibitions, including venue booking, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage budgets, event setup/teardown, and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and infrastructure setup as per legal and operational standards.
  • Maintain organized digital records of invoices, contracts, and front desk logs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, or related field.

  • Working knowledge of Advance Excel.
  • 35 years of experience in office administration and operations.
  • Good knowledge of CRM procedures
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute under pressure.
  • Prior involvement in real estate leasing and infrastructure setup is a plus.
  • Exposure to managing travel and event logistics for teams.
