Key Responsibilities

• Manage all operations (operational SLA and metrics) related to ES (Express Stores) for Blinkit in the designated region/location.
• Support all aspects of Express Store operations, including but not limited to inbound, inventory, last-mile operations, manpower management, rostering, and training.
  
• Lead, manage, and motivate the express store team.
• Performance monitoring and collaborating with the operations team.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to all SOPs as part of Express Stores operations.

Note: The selected students will be under training for three months, during which their performance will be closely evaluated.
About Company: Blinkit was founded in December 2013 by Albinder Dhindsa and Saurabh Kumar as Grofers. Having met each other while working for Cambridge Systematics during the late 2000s, they teamed up to enter the grocery delivery space.
