Role Description
Business Finance Associate is the owner of either side of the payables or receivables of the company & ensures 100% accuracy & completeness. Business Finance Associate will be detail oriented as well as proactive in nature in order to collaborate with external as well as internal stakeholders to uphold accuracy and effective resolution of disputes as well as queries.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and fore- casts.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Support the team in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
• 
  Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Contribute to internal audits and assist in implementing financial controls.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for various financial processes.
• Provide ad hoc support for financial projects and initiatives.
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in Articleship.
• Completed CA Inter or pursuing CA Finalist.

  Get Hired
  Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with exposure to cash handling and reconciliation processes.
• Prior experience in e-commerce/logistics field.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
