Job Description
- You will be responsible for leading and managing sponsorship initiatives for our highly acclaimed Events. This will involve developing strategic partnerships, securing sponsorship deals, and maximizing brand visibility and revenue. You will work closely with the production, marketing, and sales teams to align sponsorship opportunities with the show's objectives and deliver value to our partners.
Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing comprehensive sponsorship strategies, creating innovative sponsorship packages, identifying and establishing relationships with potential sponsors, negotiating and closing sponsorship deals, and managing client relationships to ensure effective communication and seamless partnership experiences. You will also collaborate with production and marketing teams to integrate sponsorships into show content and promotional campaigns, conduct market analysis, and provide regular performance reports.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus. You should have at least 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the entertainment or media industry. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with proven ability to develop creative sponsorship proposals and close deals. Exceptional project management skills, knowledge of digital marketing trends, brand partnerships, and event management, as well as excellent communication skills are also required.
