We are looking for a Sr. AR Analyst to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to Head of AR and Collections and will be based in Bangalore, India.
Role and Responsibilities:

• Process equipment, installation, services and electricity invoicing and collection for customers, financiers, distributors for CapEx, PPA, and extended warranty agreements by using Oracle Receivables, Services and Project Modules.


• Process sales and leaseback invoicing and collection with financiers and customers


• Review invoicing and payment terms in compliance with the contract terms


• Work with cross-functional team (AMG, Structured Finance, Sales, FP&A) to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of issuance of invoices


• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, taxation, and completion of invoicing prerequisites (i.e. billings related set up in Oracle)


• Analyze and review appropriate accounting treatment for invoicing and cash application and work with Revenue Operations team to book customer deposits, unbilled AR and contract asset accordingly


• Own monthly close and reporting processes including invoice and collection completeness review, preparation of journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliation of accounts receivable and its related revenue accounts and deferred revenue accounts


• Provide insights and analytics for accounts receivable and cash collection


• Assist with the quarterly and annual audits; including the compilation and preparation of supporting schedules, work papers, and financial reports related to areas of responsibility


• Assist in SOX testing to ensure SOX compliance; work with internal and external audit requests related to areas of responsibility


• Drive process and system improvements in quote to cash cycle, including Oracle system enhancements
  

Skills, Educations and Experiences:

• 5-6+ years of billing, collection, and revenue experience


• Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced, fast growing company where adaptability is imperative


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Excellent interpersonal abilities


• Ability to build relationships across all business functions


• Intermediate level Excel skills


• Oracle experience
