Job Description
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking, focusing on companies with open recruitment needs.
- MUST HAVE EXPEREINCE IN GENERATING LEADS WITHIN UAE Region and WORKED in Staffing/ Recruitment / Placement Firm
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential clients for recruitment services, targeting specific industries or skill sets.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication methods, building rapport and establishing a need for staffing solutions.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and engagement, providing valuable insights and information to build trust and establish a relationship.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to understand client needs and tailor lead generation efforts accordingly, maximizing conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, recruitment trends, and lead generation tools to optimize performance and drive results.
