Job Summary
HR Manager who will be based in Dubai and overseeing Saudi Operations.
Role objective
The role is responsible for leading and executing the human resources strategy across the three countries, in alignment with global and regional priorities. This role encompasses talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, and governance. The role serves as a strategic partner to business leadership, ensuring a consistent and effective HR approach that supports organisational goals, fosters a positive workplace culture, and promotes operational excellence across all HR functions.
Role responsibilities
Regional HR Strategy, Budget, and Governance
- Partner with regional leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop and manage the annual consolidated HR budget, including manpower, recruitment, and operational HR costs.
- Support new site development by providing input on labor costs, staffing needs, and feasibility assessments.
- Liaise with government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR-related documentation.
- Lead cost-optimization initiatives and HR projects across all sites to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design and implement progressive HR policies, systems, and processes across all locations.
- Monitor and address absenteeism and attrition through data-driven policies and interventions.
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop regional talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure seamless onboarding experiences to foster early engagement and productivity.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Act as the primary contact for employee relations, providing guidance to managers on handling grievances and conflict resolution.
- Design and execute engagement initiatives that enhance employee morale and well-being.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans to address key concerns
HR Compensation
- Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with internal teams or payroll service providers, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
- Maintain and monitor HR systems to ensure accurate and confidential employee data management.
- Regularly audit payroll data and work with Finance to ensure timely reporting, reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
Performance Management
- Coordinate the implementation of performance management systems, including job descriptions, evaluations, and promotions.
- Ensure performance appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and training initiatives align with DEI HR standards.
- Provide expert counsel to leadership on performance-related matters and employee development.
- Ensure timely execution of appraisals, promotions, and reward programs to enhance employee retention

Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- 12 to 15 years’ HR experience in the Retail, Hospitality, or Entertainment sector in KSA & UAE Market.
- Well versed with current Saudi & UAE labor laws.
- expertise in large volume recruitments.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and a self-driven approach to achieving goals with minimal supervision.
- A very high degree of personal integrity, including the ability to manage sensitive or confidential information
- Proven ability to manage oneself to meet goals and deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills
