About The Role

As a Performance Marketer, you will be instrumental in growing revenue through strategic digital media campaigns. You will conduct comprehensive market research, analyze key demographics and buying patterns, and oversee campaign development from inception to launch. Your expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads will be crucial as you manage and optimize campaigns to ensure high-quality leads and effective communication with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Analyze demographics, media usage, and buying patterns to define target audiences and campaign requirements.
  • Campaign Management: Develop, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Ad Optimization: Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads, utilizing advanced strategies to improve performance and ROI.
  • Audience Targeting: Identify and define target audiences for campaigns, crafting tailored communication strategies to engage them effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that address client needs and business challenges.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness using data analytics, adjusting improve results.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets across marketing funnels, ensuring efficient ad spending to reach the right audiences.
  • Reporting: Generate and present reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance marketing strategies.
