Job Description
- The role in Kitchen Appliances Industry requires a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing. As a Sales and Marketing professional, you will be responsible for supporting individual stores, managers, and the overall team within a specific region. Your duties will include visiting retail counters according to the daily visit plan set by the TSM/ASM, establishing strong relationships with Dealers & Distributors, and ensuring timely support whenever necessary.
You will be expected to promote and explain schemes, take orders, resolve queries, set individual sales targets for the sales team, and provide guidance to achieve these targets. Additionally, you will need to plan and execute sales & distributor management, expand the dealer network, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective partners to drive new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of sales experience in the consumer durables and appliances industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is necessary. Strong communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask are essential for this role. Fluency in local/regional languages and the ability to work effectively in teams is also required.
