We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Assistant Sales Manager to support back-end sales processes related to group reservations for our portfolio of properties. This role plays a vital part in ensuring operational efficiency and seamless coordination across internal teams. The position does not involve direct client interaction but requires strong communication and organizational skills.

(Candidates with experience in hospitality sales support systems will be given preference CI/TY, OneSource, MAARSHA.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to assigned sales leads using internal CRM and reservation systems.
• Allocate and reserve event and meeting spaces based on availability and client requirements.
• Draft and send initial proposals to clients for group reservations or events.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure group room blocks are secured as per contract terms.
• Monitor and manage room inventory through the central reservations platform.
• Facilitate payment processes by sharing secure payment links with clients.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or group reservation role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to coordinate group bookings and event space assignments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Clear understanding of hospitality reservation workflows and back-end processes.
