Job Title: IBMS Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and control building systems such as HVAC, lighting, security, and CCTV through the BMS.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with BMS software and hardware components.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems related to integrated building management systems (IBMS).
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations when working at heights or in confined spaces.

Requirements

3 Plus Years experience in BMS Operation & Maintenance

1)chillers and Cooling towers and pumps operation and maintenance , How to integrate to CPO system and Report generate.

2) VFD operation and maintenance

3) Chiller plant management software handling from CPO.

4)AHU operating and maintenance from software control through in BMS system.

(Temp set point change, actuators settings, fire dampers setting, sensors status and feed back)

5) Sensors and Actuators handling

6) Valves types

7) DDC, main controllers and modular basic knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or BE in Electrical/Electronic

Engg/E&TC/Instrumentation

Work Location - Bangalore
