Job Description
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Work with executive management to identify growth opportunities and efficiencies
- Oversee all accounting functions, including financial statements, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including tax and audit requirements
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive management and the Board of Directors
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks to ensure the financial stability of the company
- Manage the financial reporting process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Experience in the luxury goods and jewelry industry strongly preferred
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and mentor a team
