Job Description

    You are an experienced and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) specializing in Accountancy & Business Studies, sought by our esteemed CBSE-affiliated residential school located in Ranchi. Your role entails delivering high-quality education, fostering analytical thinking, and preparing students for board examinations. To excel in this position, you must hold a Master's degree in M.Com in Accountancy, Business Studies, or a related field, along with a mandatory B.Ed. from a recognized institution. Additionally, you should possess a minimum of 5-6 years of teaching experience in Accountancy & Business Studies in reputed CBSE-affiliated residential schools in India.

    Your responsibilities will include teaching Accountancy and Business Studies to students of Classes XI and XII, following the CBSE curriculum. You will be expected to develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments in alignment with CBSE guidelines, creating an engaging and interactive learning environment that enhances students" understanding of concepts. Moreover, you will guide students in solving complex problems, case studies, and project work, preparing them for board examinations through regular assessments, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.
    It is essential for you to have excellent command over English, strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in using digital tools and technology in education, as well as strong classroom management and student engagement abilities. You must also stay updated with the latest changes in the CBSE syllabus and teaching methodologies. Additionally, integrating modern teaching methodologies, including technology-based learning tools, and mentoring and counseling students for academic excellence and career guidance are key components of your role.

    Furthermore, you are expected to collaborate with colleagues, participate in faculty meetings, contribute to school activities, maintain discipline, and promote ethical and professional conduct among students.
