Job Description
- Work cross-functionally with the human resource and global marketing teams to manage and execute employer branding and communications initiatives to attract top talent.
- Will be responsible primarily for India region and will provide support to any employer branding activities initiatives taken globally.
- Draft compelling and engaging content, including job descriptions, advertisements, blog posts, scripting videos, and other multimedia content tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Leverage digital channels such as social media, job boards, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to attract and engage candidates.
- Leverage Adobe Photoshop and Canva templates to design social media posts and digital ads.
- Plan and executive recruitment events at campuses, job fairs, and online events like hackathons, and coordinate on university partnership programs.
- 2.5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in planning and execution of recruitment marketing activities.
- Understanding of branding principles and the ability to effectively communicate the organizations employer brand and value proposition to potential candidates.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies and tactics to enhance the organizations reputation as an employer of choice, including submissions for certification and ranking with agencies like Great Places to Work (GPTW).
- Experience in identifying and engaging with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and talent communities.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR professionals, and marketing colleagues, to understand talent needs and align recruitment marketing strategies with organizational goals.
- Strong verbal communication skills to present recruitment marketing strategies, results, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates, internal teams, and external partners, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Experience using Wrike or similar project management tool.
