As a Bluedart, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, handling queries, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of packages, and maintaining data integrity in the tracking system. Close collaboration with the shipping department and other related departments is essential to ensure an efficient tracking process. This on-site role is located in Naokothi.

    To excel in this role, you should possess skills in logistics and supply chain management, client communication, customer service, data management, accuracy in tracking, team collaboration, coordination, problem-solving, critical thinking, organizational, and time management. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required. Experience in the logistics or transportation industry would be considered a plus.,
