SaaS Security Engineer Senior Consultant / Experienced Consultant

What Youll Do

• Design and implement security architectures for SaaS applications, including native security configurations and integrations with CASB, DLP, SIEM, SOAR, and SASE platforms
• Deploy and manage SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools, API gateways, and cloud access security broker (CASB) platforms
• Develop enterprise SaaS security strategy and reference architectures aligned with cloud-native security best practices
• Architect secure environments in AWS and/or Azure, ensuring proper identity and access controls, network segmentation, and workload protection
• Implement granular access control policies and secure virtualized or containerized environments
• Lead continuous compliance initiatives (e.g., NIST, ISO, CSA CCM), perform risk assessments, and develop incident response procedures
• Perform security assessments of SaaS platforms and recommend control enhancements to reduce exposure and improve cloud security posture
• Advise clients on SaaS data protection, secure development practices, and secure application design

• Conduct threat modeling and manage vulnerabilities across SaaS and multi-cloud environments

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in cloud or SaaS security roles
• Strong grasp of industry security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CSA CCM) and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as CASB, DLP, and SIEM
• Familiarity with SaaS application securityespecially platforms like Salesforce, Workday, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of cloud provider ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with a focus on security configuration and operations
• Knowledge of identity federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), and IAM for SaaS and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with secure development practices, OWASP Top 10, and SaaS-to-SaaS integration security concerns
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience implementing Salesforce Shield and other Salesforce security tools
• Prior hands-on work with SSPM tools such as AppOmni, Adaptive Shield, or similar
• Proficiency in API security and knowledge of integration risks in SaaS-to-SaaS workflows
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD security tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins)
• Scripting proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or KQL for automation and threat hunting
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI and agile tools like Jira
• Security certifications such as CCSK, CCSP, AWS/Azure cloud certifications, or SaaS-specific security certs.
