Job Description

    As a detail-oriented and data-driven Product Analyst at BluSmart, your primary responsibility will be to enhance our products and facilitate data-backed decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze performance metrics, identify user needs, and contribute to product development strategies. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer experience by recognizing challenges, proposing innovative solutions, and implementing impactful product enhancements. By working closely with various teams, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of urban mobility while upholding BluSmart's mission of sustainability and excellence.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Data Analysis and Insights:
    - Evaluate product performance metrics to pinpoint trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    - Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and share insights with stakeholders.
    2. Customer Insights and Feedback:
    - Collect and analyze customer feedback to comprehend user pain points and preferences.
    - Utilize surveys, user interviews, and focus groups to guide product decisions.
    3. Market Research:
    - Research market trends, competitor products, and industry best practices.

    4. Collaboration with Teams:
    - Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to prioritize features and enhancements.
    - Aid in defining and documenting product requirements and user stories.
    5. A/B Testing and Experimentation:
    - Develop and assess A/B tests to optimize features, functionality, and user experience.
    - Validate hypotheses and provide recommendations for enhancements.
    6. Support Product Strategy:
    - Quantify the impact of potential features on business metrics.
    - Assist in constructing business cases and ROI analyses for new initiatives.
    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.

    - 1-3 years of experience in Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative work across teams.
    - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics).
    - Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
    - Passion for enhancing customer experiences and driving impactful product solutions.
    - Prior experience in the mobility, transportation, or technology domain is advantageous.
