We are hiring for RPA Business Analyst having experience in below mentioned skills:
Experience: 10-18 yrs
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RPA UiPath Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the successful implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives using UiPath technology. You will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify suitable processes for automation, and design and develop efficient and effective RPA solutions. You will also be involved in testing, deploying, and supporting RPA automations, as well as providing training and support to users.
Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to identify opportunities for RPA automation.
• Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing of RPA automations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Deploy and support RPA automations in production environments, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
• 
  Provide training and support to users on the use of RPA tools and technologies.
• Monitor and measure the performance of RPA automations, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up to date on the latest RPA trends and UiPath platform advancements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the organizations RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) strategy.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably with a focus on process improvement.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and technologies, with experience in UiPath Studio a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
