Job Description

    As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your fluency in English, Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu, along with excellent voice clarity, grammar, and pronunciation, will be essential in delivering a seamless customer experience. You should be active, customer-focused, and adept at managing multiple customer interactions efficiently.
    - Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat for product inquiries, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and feedback.
    - Resolve customer issues in adherence to company service protocols and maintain accurate records, escalating issues when necessary.
    - Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and collaborate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution.
    - Analyze recurring customer issues to recommend process improvements and meet individual performance metrics to support team goals.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    - Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
    - Freshers can apply
    - Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages (Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) is mandatory
