Responsibilities
Manpower Planning
Recruitment
Based on requirement release recruit advertisement and/or inform manpower agency
Induction and On-boarding
Implement Induction plan for all new joiners
Managing on-boarding activities in the first six months
Performance and Rewards
Design and implement the Compensation structure
Performance Management
measure the effectiveness of incentive and performance bonus schemes
Implement the Performance Management Process including KRA setting, review mechanism and using data for career
development
Segment employees on basis of performance and implement retention program
Engagement
Prepare an employee engagement plan
Monitor the execution of activities identified as part of engagement initiatives
Training Nomination in TMSi as per BMW guidelines
Coordination with BMW training team on training confirmation

Graduate
HR Management qualification preferred/ Diploma in HR
