Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing Direct Tax matters, including Transfer Pricing, Corporate Taxation, and International Taxation. Your role will involve handling advisory, compliance, and litigation tasks related to Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, and International Taxation. Additionally, you will manage representation services during assessment proceedings and ensure compliance with Accounting Standards and the Companies Act.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Direct Tax Laws, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Taxation, and International Taxation
- Provide advisory services and handle compliance and litigation tasks related to Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, and International Taxation
- Finalize books of accounts and prepare financial statements in accordance with relevant regulations
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors and Tax Auditors to complete annual assurance works
- Utilize Management Reporting Systems effectively
- Manage a team to ensure assignments are completed within specified deadlines
- Possess proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications Required:
- Chartered Accountant with 10 to 12 years of post-Qualification experience in Consulting Firms in Delhi-NCR
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Consulting mind-set and proficiency in English
