Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates, and posting vacancies on job portals and online recruitment platforms.
  
• Screen and evaluate resumes by reviewing candidates qualifications, skills, and professional experience to ensure alignment with the role requirements and company objectives.
• Carry out initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability, communicate job responsibilities and expectations, and shortlist candidates for further interview rounds.

  Collaborate with hiring managers and applicants to coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a well-organized and efficient recruitment process.
• Maintain and update recruitment data, interview records, and candidate tracking systems while also assisting with onboarding procedures and preparation of essential HR documentation.
