Associate, Private Equity

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a team focused on identifying, evaluating, and managing private equity investments.

What you will do: You will conduct market research, financial analysis, and participate in investment decision-making.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct market research to identify attractive investment opportunities.
• Perform financial due diligence on prospective investments.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses.
• 
  Prepare investment memos and presentations.
• Monitor portfolio companies' performance and advise on strategic decisions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
