Role Overview :
As a Lead Full‑Stack Engineer, you will be part of the Equus development squad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, secure, and scalable software that powers Arvals core leasing, flex-leasing, and insurance solutions. You will work closely with product owners, scrum masters, QA engineers, and other engineers to deliver features on time and with minimal defects.
Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 6 years of professional full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or senior role.Strong proficiency in Java (Spring / Spring Boot) and Angular (latest versions).Deep experience building RESTful APIs and consuming them from the front end.Solid understanding of DevSecOps pipelines (CI/CD, automated security testing, and containerisation).Practical knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle (schema design and performance tuning).Ability to produce maintainable, secure, documented, scalable, and testable code.Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing frameworks.Proven track record working in Scrum or Kanban environments.Strong teamwork skills, with a comfort level partnering with scrum masters, QA engineers, product owners, and other developers.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
