Investment Banking Analyst - Equity Capital Markets

What role you will play in team: You'll support our Equity Capital Markets team in various aspects of equity offerings, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.

What you will do: You will contribute to financial modeling, client communication, and deal execution.

Key responsibility:

• Assisting in the preparation of offering documents
• Conducting financial modeling and valuation
• Supporting senior bankers in client communication and relationship management
• Participating in due diligence and deal execution
• 
  Conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Monitoring market trends and developments

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent financial modeling skills (Excel)
• Knowledge of equity capital markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
