Position Purpose

This position is for Sales force developer role for IT systems on Payments and Cash Management.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Design, propose, evaluate, estimate, and drive solutions with a combination of vendor products and custom software for the Loan Origination platform in a SalesForce.com environment


• Lead software evaluations, the development of solution architecture, and technical and security -designs to support growing business needs while thoroughly considering the greater system impact and target architecture


• Develop, integrate, configure, and support complex web, middleware, and back-end systems


• Working closely across the greater organization and with key vendors, lead and/or participate in projects from conceptualization through on-going support while growing strong, healthy relationships as a Sr. Software Engineer


• Consult with business to provide technical insight and consideration when solving business challenges


• Closely partner with business stakeholders to clarify and solidify the business requirements


• Perform with success in a self-organizing Agile Scrum team requiring little oversight


• Lead and drive initiatives to success from kickoff to touch-down


• Manages a nimble team of engineers. Assist and mentor other developers as appropriate.


• Participate in code reviews, learn, propose and suggest software development industry standards.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Skills required – At least few from below

• Minimum of 8 years of overall technology experience and Salesforce expertise


• Minimum of 5 years developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF/Lightning).


• Require in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Platform capabilities.


• Strong experience in leading team, architecting, designing and developing various Salesforce applications


• Understands Best Practices and Salesforce Coding Standards.


• Able to propose technical design after due consideration of requirements.


• Excellent communication / interpersonal and leadership skills


• Understanding of API platforms incl. API networking/security/policy enforcement.


• Can design and develop custom APIs for Inbound and Outbound integrations.


• Expert level Apex Development experience.


• Can develop custom Lightning Components and Visualforce Pages.


• Has hands-on experience with SOQL, JQuery, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, REST, XML, HTML, JavaScript


• Experienced in Classic to Lightning migration projects


• Salesforce Certified Developer preferred.
