We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Associate, Ops Control II to join our Operations Control Management team. This role is located in Pune, MH- Hybrid
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Planning and execution testing of key business controls to confirm the appropriate design and execution of controls
• Supporting and challenging the use of the risk framework and carrying out other ad-hoc operational and risk support activities
• Reviews documentation for the evidence of successful and efficient performance of control and ensures that existing control practices and procedures are documented.
• Works with the business, and other key stakeholders from 1st & 2nd lines of defense to understand the controls currently in place to minimize risk. May help design and deliver risk management training programs to ensure that proper control procedures are understood and followed.
  
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
• Min 3+ years of total work experience in the securities or financial services industry with operations control testing/compliance reviews/audit background is preferred
• Basic understanding of RCSA/ control effectiveness assessment/compliance/IA will be an added advantage
• Strong documentation and collaboration skill is added advantage
