Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our team. This role is in Pune -MH- HYBRID.

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

• Maintains and supports FX/Fixed Income/Reg Reporting applications and their operating environment.
• Performs complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert in one or more applications.
• Works to ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup.
• Performing root cause analysis and problem management for complex problems to address underlying technical issues.
• Collaborates with business and application development stakeholders.
• Production readiness reviews for new releases and validate the supportability of changes prior to introduction into production.
• Monitors changes to applications and their operating environment.
• Analyzes any complex issues.
• Create and maintain support documentation and procedures

To be successful, were seeking interest in the follow areas:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
• 4-6 years of experience in applications support or production environment required experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Coordinated with front office and other support teams, locally and globally, to address trade related enquiries and issues
• Analytic and data driven experience in supporting applications part of the Trade Lifecycle
• Experience in supporting Java, .NET based applications
• Experience with IBM MQ/ messaging and Rabbit MQ middleware queues
• Experience with SQL and Oracle databases and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with monitoring tools - Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, Moog soft or related solutions
• Experience in deployment and strong debugging skills
• Familiarity with ITIL Service Management.
• Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to appropriate section
