Junior Financial Analyst - Reconciliation

What role you will play in team: You will be a crucial member of our reconciliation team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions. Your work will directly impact the firm's financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

What you will do: You will perform daily reconciliation of financial accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner. You'll collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibility:

• Perform daily reconciliation of various financial accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.
• Maintain detailed records of all reconciliation activities and findings.
• Prepare and submit regular reconciliation reports to management.

• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., operations, technology) to identify and resolve data issues.
• Contribute to the improvement of reconciliation processes and controls.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience with financial accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
