Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be a key contributor to our private equity investment team, participating in all aspects of the investment process.
What you will do: You will support deal origination, due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio management activities.
Key responsibility:
- Conduct industry and company research.
- Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain financial models.
- Assist in the due diligence process.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and report on key metrics.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience with financial software and databases.
