Regulatory Compliance Officer

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our regulatory compliance team, ensuring BNY Mellon adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your expertise will ensure we maintain a strong compliance posture.

What you will do: You'll monitor regulatory changes, conduct compliance reviews, and develop and deliver training programs. You'll also assist in responding to regulatory inquiries.

Key responsibility:

• Monitor changes in relevant regulations and update compliance programs accordingly.
• Conduct compliance reviews and assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
• 
  Respond to regulatory inquiries and audits.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and findings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance across the organization.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in regulatory compliance (Entry Level).
• Strong understanding of relevant regulations (Specific to India).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
