Job Description
- Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts in Blackline tool.
- Review the completed reconciliations in Blackline.
- Responsible for allocation of accounts, monitoring the progress of completion, reporting on issues and challenges with Global partners, ensure completion of Reconciliation on time as per KPI.
- Request and Maintain System Entitlements
- Reporting to Lead and Manager on Day-Day status, Issues, Overall Process health
- Interact with auditors and handle calls and queries with them to maintain a green status report.
- Maintain Process Updates and Reconciliation profiles intact.
- Provide data to lead/Manager on Dashboards as required.
- Own the Governance calls with Global partners and duly maintain all records.
- Lead ad-hoc projects, Contribute & Drive Process Improvement ideas and participate in enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Contribute to maintain good team morale and build healthy succession in the team.
- Minimum Education required would be a bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline such as Accounting and Finance
- Minimum Experience of 9+ years in accounting or finance
- 4+ years of experience in R2R and Blackline environment preferred.
- Experience in a Global Shared Services environment and/or Global Financial Services company shall be preferred.
- Must be able to manage tasks of self and simultaneously monitor the team deliverables.
- Must be able to work as an individual contributor with minimum supervision and guidance.
- Must have Strong written and oral communications skills in English.
- Must have good MS Excel skills.
