Your role at BoardPAC will involve providing technical support for IIS related hosting, IIS API hosting, and connected issues, as well as MS SQL server support. You will be responsible for the deployment of software in a client environment, with a readiness to conduct onsite visits for both domestic and overseas clients. Being part of a 24*7*365 Support roster, including holidays and weekends, is a requirement for this position.
The ideal candidate should possess knowledge and expertise in automating deployment using Azure Devops tool, carrying out application-related VAPT configurations, and application hardening as necessary. Ensuring customer success and satisfaction by proactively addressing support queries, dealing with user issues, providing workarounds, and RCA analysis will be a key aspect of the role. Additionally, the role entails deploying service releases, patches, requests, and customizations either onsite or remotely, while also driving major incident management in adherence to SLAs.

Key Skills for this role include mandatory experience with IIS and MS SQL server, practical knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, and networking, proficiency in Azure DevOps and automation, and in-depth troubleshooting abilities for IIS-related issues. Familiarity with IIS and .Net related hardening, excellent customer service skills, knowledge of Mobile OS (IOS, Android, etc.), and IT security and network expertise to troubleshoot issues are highly valued. Moreover, candidates should be well-versed in VAPT/Pentest assessment for applications on IIS hosting, configuring DNS and SSL certificates, basic scripting knowledge for SQL and others, SQL Cluster, Logshipping, and understanding network issues and concepts such as Ports, NAT, port forwarding, etc.
A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred for this role, and being located in Bangalore is a mandatory requirement.,
