Job Description
- The primary responsibility of this role involves driving fresh acquisition, spends, and portfolio enhancement business by prospecting for new customers through various channels such as existing distribution leads, cold calling, and maximizing lead generation. Timely execution of all sales activities including leads, campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads is crucial.
A key focus is on the activation and utilization of limits on the allocated portfolio of corporate cards on a month-on-month basis while ensuring consistency of spends. Building and managing cordial relationships with corporate clients to deepen the engagement by acquiring more cards and additional limits are essential. Acquiring corporates through various channels such as CFS, Mid Corporate, MSME, Startups, IBBs, LFs, and other partners is a significant aspect of this role.
Maintaining minimal attrition rates and keeping corporate clients engaged with BOBCARD is vital. Facilitating the acquisition of retail cards and supporting the execution of awareness, marketing, and promotion campaigns for corporate clients are also part of the responsibilities. It is important to track and report sales performance, monitor market conditions, and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with all business partners for lead generation and corporate activities. Being up-to-date on product features, competition, and trends in the credit card industry is necessary. Ensuring adherence to audit parameters, policy changes, and marketing offers, as well as communicating changes to distribution channels and acquisition managers are key responsibilities.

Applicants for this role should have strong consumer financial services sales experience, team management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office tools. Experience in corporate banking, relationship management, concept sales, IT corporate sales, or institutional ISP is preferred.
