Job Description
- You will be responsible for overseeing the event operations as a Senior Event Operations Executive at BOI Media Entertainment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Event Planning & Management.
- Creative Development.
- Vendor Management.
- Budget Management: Developing and managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards. Building and overseeing budgets.
- Logistics Coordination: Overseeing all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, permits, transportation, and on-site management.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are met.
- Post-Event Analysis: Conducting post-event evaluations to measure success, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into event strategies.
