Job Description

As a Senior Manager MICE Sales at BOI, you will play a crucial role in driving a client-centric approach, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering strong collaboration to achieve successful event outcomes and long-term business growth. Your key responsibilities will encompass various areas including Sales & Business Growth, Client Engagement & Relationship Management, Product & Vendor Management, Operational & Compliance Oversight, as well as Technical & Analytical Skills.
Your role will involve conducting in-depth research and analysis to accurately cost MICE events and provide competitive pricing. You will be responsible for partnering with DMC for MICE & Fit Rates to promote MICE, demonstrating a strong understanding of Costing Knowledge and international/domestic destinations. Drafting itineraries based on client requirements, overseeing operations at all stages of group execution, and ensuring timely reporting of Pre & Post MICE Group details will be critical aspects of your responsibilities.

Ideal candidates for this position should have a background in the MICE industry and possess a solid understanding of the nuances of this sector. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams involved in MICE projects will be essential for success in this role.
