A project executive/ project manager to join us at Bombay DC. You will work closely with clients, designers, writers, developers and production partners in creating digital products websites, platforms and apps.

You should be:

What will you do here

Client Relationship management.

Clearly understanding client requirements.

Estimating project effort/costs and providing accurate quotes and timelines.

Designing high level and detailed project plans and updating them daily using PM tools.

Lead the project management for assigned clients.

Briefing internal resources about the requirement.

Use agile or hybrid project methodologies.

Making sure the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Identifying risks.

Conflict resolution.

Weekly/Monthly Project Status Reporting.

Briefing and taking quotes from vendors if needed.

Managing photo and video shoots, 3d or VFX content creation.

Youll do everything in your capacity to meet the projects goals and keep the project team on track to deliver on those goals. Your number one priority still remains to safeguard and achieve the strategic goals of Bombay DC.

Youll be managing a team of PMO/Account Managers.

Youll team up with designers, writers, coders, animators and someday an astronaut. It could be an app, a website, an e-commerce platform, brand identity, a film or an interactive installation, or something that doesnt exist today - the one thing common would be a disruptive idea in everything we do.

Youll work on exciting internal digital product ideas, experiment with new tools and learn things your last job never gave you the time for. We love people who connect the dots, understand clients needs and consult them to use design and digital in a meaningful way.
